Michaela Roubíčková graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the VSB-Technical University in Ostrava (1994). At the VSB-TU she defended her thesis on “Theory of dividend policy, its review and interpretation” and obtained her Ph.D. degree (1999).
She was employed in the Department of Finance at the School of Business Administration from 1994 to 2006. She re-joined the department in 2008 and has been lecturing in courses: Corporate Finance A and International Financial Management. She also leads seminars in courses Money, Banking and Financial Markets and Financial Analysis.
She is a member of the Czech Economic Society.
